The platform connects 267,000+ professionals across 187 countries. Every one of them uses EVINTRA for free, because that has been the deal since day one.
EVINTRA works with most of the world's largest hosted buyer programs at 40+ international exhibitions every year, and Thölken has spent years arguing for higher standards in how those programs are run.
The road here was long. EVINTRA started in 2009 with the first hosted buyer programs and went online in 2014. The company now runs offices in Frankfurt (head office), Miami, Cartagena and London, and is the platform behind most of the largest hosted buyer programs in the global MICE and tourism industry.
This launch is the design layer of a longer plan. New features roll out across 2026: a sharper supplier directory, deeper buyer-program workflows, white-label software for ticketing, education, affiliate management, incentives and CRM, and an expanded content layer for destinations and ministries. The free model stays.
