ubex Centre Prague, one of the Czech capital’s leading event venues, will spotlight its sustainability credentials at The Meetings Show London 2026, showcasing how international conferences, corporate meetings and brand events can be delivered with reduced environmental impact without compromising on comfort, technology or delegate experience.
Positioned as Prague’s No. 1 sustainable event venue, Cubex Centre Prague operates within a LEED Platinum–certified building, the highest level of global green building certification. Combining award-winning Cubist architecture with advanced environmental technologies, the venue offers organisers a future-ready setting for responsible, high-impact events.
Sustainability is integrated throughout the venue’s operations, from 100% renewable electricity and low-emission district heating to intelligent energy management, water conservation and waste-reduction initiatives. Smart LED lighting, occupancy sensors, automatic dimming and daylight harvesting reduce electricity use, while an integrated building management system continually optimises lighting, HVAC and water consumption.

The venue also supports organisers with a carbon footprint calculation service, enabling clients to measure the environmental impact of their events, report clear sustainability metrics to stakeholders and make informed decisions to reduce emissions.
Further initiatives include EPD-certified ecological furniture in meeting rooms and breakout areas, the elimination of single-use tableware across catering services, comprehensive recycling stations throughout the venue, digital signage to reduce paper use, and excellent public transport accessibility via Pankrác metro, tram and bus connections.
Cubex Centre Prague’s participation in the national Zodpovědná firma responsible company programme further underlines its commitment to sustainable operations, with team training focused on proper waste sorting and responsible business practices.
